Hi, Sarah! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite Disney movies, so I can certainly understand why coming face-to-face with the Beast would be a top priority for your family. Although there is no way to book a meeting with the Beast at this time, your best bet for an encounter with him would be to
book a dinner reservation at
Be Our Guest Restaurant. Please keep in mind that for popular dining locations like Be Our Guest Restaurant, you will want to make your reservations 180 days in advance.
When you visit Be Our Guest Restaurant, you can relax and pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents... your dinner! Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my personal favorite places to dine at the
Walt Disney World Resort. I love how this restaurant immerses guests in the story of
Beauty and the Beast. Though not technically considered a
character dining experience, the Beast has been known to visit with his guests during dinner hours. As he can be rather moody and brooding, the Beast's appearances are subject to change at any time. However, he will most likely be available to
take a photo with you after you finish your dinner.
Although you may be anxious to visit with the master of the castle, be sure to make time for some dessert. Try the Grey Stuff; it's delicious. Don't believe me, ask the dishes. After your dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant, you can stop by
Enchanted Tales with Belle to relive the beautiful story of how Belle and the Beast fell in love.
Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
