hi, me and my family are going to disney world in january and although its a few months away im already worried about what were supposed to do if our flight is delayed or cancelled? who do we call? what do we do? will we still be able to go on vacation?

    Hi Jenessa!

I can understand your worry!  You northerners have to deal with so much more wintery weather than we do down here in the south!  As I type this right now it's 84 degrees and sunny out...

This is where vacation insurance comes in very handy.  I would definitely suggest looking into and purchasing it, as it can save you money, time, and frustration.  Disney offers vacation insurance on their vacation packages that cover anything from flight cancellation to lost or late luggage!  Here's more details.  Do keep in mind that if you book a package through Walt Disney World Travel Company, and book your own airfare, that the will NOT cover the airfare portion of your vacation.

If you did not buy a package from Disney (and even if you did), there are other insurance options out there--you can ask friends for recommendations.

    Have a magical vacation!
