    Our family of 6 is going to Disney World Dec. 14-19. Staying at the Bay Lake Towers. Have you seen it? We stayed at GF last time and loved being on the monorail. Is it a long walk to the monorail station?

    Hello Mary!  Yes, I have seen Bay Lake Towers (BLT) but haven't stayed there yet...but I will be in a couple of weeks.  I have enjoyed watching the progress of BLT over the last couple years.  From what I understand, there is a walkway you can access at BLT on the 5th floor that will bring you to the 4th floor of the Contemporary (where the shops, Chef Mickey's, etc. are located).  Then all you have to do is take the escalator up to the monorail.  As far as this being a long walk, I guess it will depend on where your room is located in BLT.
