    So my family and I are going to disney world on August 25th. We really want to see the Electrical Light Parade but its in Disneyland at the time. I was wondering when will it be back at walt disney world?

    I'm sure you must be counting down the days until August, and your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My family loves to mark days off the calendar in anticipation of a magical Disney getaway. Summer is in full swing, so it won't be long until you'll be packing your bags!

    Last October, I was really sad to see the Main Street Electrical Parade go, but I was happy for the folks on the West Coast to get to experience it at Disneyland Resort. While we don't have any information about any plans to fill the nighttime parade void at Magic Kingdom Park, I'm hoping they'll soon have another parade in the evenings!

    Last summer, I had the chance to visit Disneyland Park during their 60th Anniversary Celebration, and was able to see Disney's Paint the Night Parade. It was absolutely A-MA-ZING. It seriously took my breath away. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE for  Paint the Night to find a new home at Walt Disney World Resort, but as of yet I've heard no news about it moving to Florida. (insert sad face here...)

    I encourage you to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and follow Walt Disney World on Twitter for any announcements about a new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom. Maybe soon there will be an announcement about a replacement for the Main Street Electrical Parade. Hopefully it will be something so awesome it'll be worth the wait!
