Hi Travis,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet another member of the
Annual Passholder family!
A similar situation happened to us last year. At the time, I
called to speak with a Cast Member and we were allowed to renew our Annual Passes early because we had a resort reservation for a date beyond our Annual Pass expiration date. I just chatted with a Cast Member who said that, at this time, you will need to have an alternative form of admission.
If you plan to renew your Annual Passes, it may be possible to purchase tickets and then
upgrade those tickets to Annual Passes. You could also book a vacation package with theme park tickets and, if you decide to renew your Annual Passes, just pay attention to the cancellation and refund stipulations and be sure to cancel that vacation package before the balance due date. Once you have theme park tickets or a vacation package with tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations!
Travis, as you continue to make plans, be sure to review all of the digital tools in My Disney Experience and the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. We love to use the Mobile App for
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Check-in. And, of course, feel free to
contact a Cast Member by phone to explain your situation. They may have other possibilities at the time of your call.
Happy Planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
