Hi Rayana! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! In just two days, you and your family are arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. It is so much fun to find all of the golden
Fab 50 Character Collection statues located at all four theme parks. They make fantastic photo opportunities to create lasting memories. My personal favorite is Donald Duck located at
Magic Kingdom Park in front of
Cinderella Castle.
Sounds like your family has secured their
Theme Park Reservation for Saturday. I would absolutely continue to check the
availability calendar as plans change often. However, let's think about a backup plan for you to join your family this weekend. As of the time I am typing this, two theme parks are still available. I suggest securing a
Theme Park Ticket with
Park Hopper® Option. Snag a reservation still available at one of the theme parks and go enjoy a little me time in the morning. Personally, I adore solo time at
EPCOT. I grab a Joffery's latte and a pastry from
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie to stroll World Showcase. If I can board an early boat ride at
Frozen Ever After or
Living with the Land, I am a happy girl.
Beginning at 2:00 PM, with your Park Hopper privileges, pending availability, you can board complimentary Walt Disney World Transportation and hop on over to another park. Historically, this has not been an issue even on days of sold-out reservations. You may verify availability by calling (407) 560-5000 before changing theme parks.
One other option is to meet up later in the evening at
Disney Springs for an unlimited amount of fun with no reservations required. You can walk up to fantastic food options like
The Polite Pig or
Chicken Guy! Enjoy live music, countless boutiques, and the world's largest Disney store,
World of Disney®.
Please be aware, your visit is during the
Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. In the morning hours, there will be road closures for all those running princesses. Travel time to the parks will be impacted, so plan accordingly.
See You Real Soon,
Cindy
