MagicBand+ and Smart Phone

    So me and my family are going to Disney for two days. However, on my Disney Go app my kids have to cards but I only have one. Why is that?

Your journey to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just days away - are you ready to experience the wonder and enchantment of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks!? Blayne, I'm here to help prepare your family for an unforgettable vacation.

    The My Disney Experience mobile app is a wonderful resource for Walt Disney World Resort Guests, and I love that you're familiarizing yourself with it ahead of your trip! When you arrive on-site, you can use the app to help you navigate, view attraction wait times, place mobile food and beverage orders, and so much more! Blayne, it sounds like you're able to view multiple admission cards for your children, but only a single card assigned to you within the "MagicBands and More" tab. These cards would have been assigned to you on previous visits and do not reflect your admission entitlements. To check on your theme park tickets, select "Tickets and Passes" from the main menu. Here, you should see your family's 2-day theme park tickets listed. If you're still not finding what you need, I suggest reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for further assistance.

    Blayne, if you're unable to locate your family's previously-used admission cards, you'll be able to get new cards once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort! You could also use the My Disney Experience mobile app to create a Disney MagicMobile digital pass which will allow you to enter the theme parks. Alternatively, your family could purchase MagicBands for a seamless theme park entry experience. (I recommend purchasing MagicBand+ for a little extra pixie dust in the theme parks!)
