Hi, Ashley!
I think the "base" Disney Dining Plan is always a good way to go. You get 1 Table Service (TS) credit, 1 Quick Service (QS) credit, and 1 Snack Credit for each night of your stay, plus each person on the Dining Plan gets a refillable mug for use at your resort. Based on your travel, 3 nights, you will get 3 of each credit. Here is a sample of how you can use your credits:
Wednesday night: QS meal
Thursday: Snack, QS lunch, TS dinner (Cinderella's Royal Table is 2 TS credits)
Friday: TS breakfast (Chef Mickey's is 1 TS credit), Snack, QS dinner
Saturday: Snack
If you want to add in an extra Quick Service Meal, it would be cheaper to pay for that one extra meal than to upgrade to the next level of Dining Plan. Review your choice
HERE to see what will work best, but stick with the base plan and I think you will be fine.
Once you decide on your dates, get your
Advance Dining Reservations booked as lots of our little Mouseketeers are excited to dine with Cinderella and Mickey, so those locations fill up quickly! Good luck!
