Hello Jessica!
Planning a full itinerary for the Walt Disney World Resort can feel overwhelming. There is so much to see and do! My first recommendation is to remember that you can't to it all. The days leading up to Thanksgiving can be very busy, so it will be important for you to prioritize your family's must-sees and must-dos. My family does this by reviewing the attractions on the Disney website. We look at each park and let the kids each pick their 2 or 3 must-dos. Then I determine which park I will spend my morning in each day of the trip. If you are early birds and are staying at a Disney Resort you can take advantage of
Extra Magic Hours. If you are not staying onsite, I recommend avoiding the morning Extra Magic Hours.
Once that is done, I head over to touringplans.com. Touringplans.com is a subscription based planning tool that I find to be worth every penny. There you can design a custom itinerary based on the days your are visiting and the attractions you have chosen to experience. The folks are touringplans.com have done extensive research that can seriously reduced your wait if you follow their instructions. They can also suggest times for your
FastPass+ selections.
Lastly, if it is in your budget, I highly recommend attending
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. This event requires a separate ticket but is filled to the brim with Holiday magic. The party is happening during two different nights of your stay.
If you have more planning questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!
See ya real soon,
