We are a family of 4 going to Disney next year! We are staying offsite, and I am getting my tickets ahead of time. 3 of us want magic bands, but my husband does not. Is this ok? Do any issues arise from only linking 3 of the 4 tickets to a magic band?

    Hello, Caralyn!

MagicBands add a touch of magic and convenience to every Walt Disney World vacation, and I am so pleased that you are considering one for your next visit. Your husband does not need to purchase a MagicBand if he does not want to use one on your vacation. He will still be able to enter the theme parks and water parks (with valid admission), connect Disney PhotoPass photos, and check in at FastPass+ attractions.

Each MagicBand can only be matched to one person. If three people in your family wish to use a MagicBand on your vacation, you would need to purchase three separate MagicBands -- one for each person.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation, Caralyn! Please feel free to stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions. We would love to hEAR from you!
