Hi there! My family and I are going to Disney mid May. Very excited 1st timers. I was wondering what do we do with items we have on us while we are riding the rides?

    Hi Kristy,

We carry our bags (backpacks, soft coolers, etc.) with us on attractions and/or leave them in our stroller when we bring our kids.  We've never had a problem bringing along our items and having them fit comfortably beside or underneath us (at our feet) on attractions, including thrill rides such as Space Mountain.  On some attractions, including Soarin' at Epcot, if your belongings do not fit in a special compartment provided for you, a Cast Member will help you stow it safely while you ride.  At Sum of All Thrills, a newer, interactive attraction at Epcot, a locker is available for your things, since nothing can come on board.  If you have larger items, or things that you prefer not to carry all day (a picnic lunch, or a costume for a little girl headed over for a Princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique,  for example) you can rent a locker at any of the theme parks.  At the Magic Kingdom, lockers can be found as you enter the park.  For more information on locker rentals, including locations at each of the parks and pricing, click HERE.

    Have a wonderful trip!
