    My family and I are going to Disney May 23-29th, and will be celebrating our son's 4th birthday while there, we were thinking of doing the in room celebration, do you know if you can substitute items in the package, he already has mickey ears?

    Disney is the most magical place on earth to celebrate a birthday & how awesome you to want to plan an in room celebration for him to make it super special.  I'd love to see the look on his face when he walks in & sees the surprises Mickey & the gang have left for him.

    Room celebration packages can be customized to celebrate any occasion. Contact a Disney Floral and Gifts Dream Maker at 407-827-3505 to learn more about how they can personalize the package for your son.  Dream Makers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST 7 days/wk. We saw some of the packages they can create during our training & they were fabulous.  If you can dream it, they can help make your dreams come true.

    I have a couple of other thoughts in addition to the room celebration. Stop by a Guest Relations location to pick up a "Happy Birthday" button for him 

    If you have any dining reservations to celebrate, you can get a mini cake for him in a special Pirates Treasure Chest that comes with a special surprise toy. Mini cakes are available at most Family table service locations. Call 407-WDW-DINE for more info.

    If you'd like to order a custom cake big enough for your family, call 407-827-2253. They offer a nice selection of different cakes to choose from. They need 48 hours advanced notice & advanced reservations are required.

    You could add more magic to a BD dinner with party favors. Options include a goodie bag with a Mickey party hat, game, coloring book & crayons. The deluxe goodie bag contains all of the aforementioned plus a magnet activity set, Mickey shaped straw all in a special celebration tote bag.
