My family will be on the Disney magic cruise in a couple of weeks we booked separately so there is no didn't transportation included. Can you explain the process of debarkment should we rent a card back to the airport. Our flight is at 12:45 back to Canad.

    Welcome aboard, Jill -

Your voyage is literally here, and I'm sure you and your buccaneers are beaming with excitement!

The night before debarkation day, it is suggested that you pack your luggage and leave it outside your stateroom door before 11pm for baggage pickup. You will get special luggage tags to attach to your bags. Once luggage is picked up on the last evening, it will be ready for you to collect at the baggage claim area at Port Canaveral. Make sure you keep an extra bag with you for your morning essentials and change of clothing. Choices for breakfast will be at the self serve buffet early that morning (Cabanas), or ideally, early breakfast seating (6:45 am) at the same restaurant that you ate dinner at the night before. Room service will not be available on debarkation day. You can bring all your belongings with you to the restaurant. After breakfast, you'll need to head towards the designated gangway exit, line up, and get ready to get off the ship once it is cleared by Customs. If you arrange for ground transportation, you will want to be picked up around 8:30am. There are independent Port-Airport travel shuttles, and you can also call and reserve to add the Disney Cruise Ground Transportation to your reservation. You'll need to collect your bags and follow the signs to the The Disney motor coaches.

You've got a pretty early flight at 12:45pm, and I'm assuming that is out of MCO. You'll definitely want to be one of the first people off the ship to catch a ride to the airport. The airport is about 45 min to an hour away. And the MCO Security check line is known to have long lines.

I hope this helps. Do let me know if you need more help.

    Bon Voyage!
    Dolly M.
