How lovely that your grandsons picked out a Christmas gift for their Mom during your visit, and I'm sorry to hear one is missing! To find out about a replacement, you should contact Merchandise Guest Services. You may call and speak with a Cast Member at (877) 560-6477 or email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Be sure you have your receipt handy - the item number will make it easy for the Cast Member to identify the options available to you. If you're emailing, include a photo of the receipt and the remaining earring in the box. If you don't have the receipt, they will need either a copy of your Guest folio (if you charged the earrings to your room) or a credit card statement showing the purchase. Including all these details will help the process move more quickly.
