Hi, my family is going to Disney for the first time. I have a 10, 8 and 4 year old. WE are doing 4 days and one at each park. Magic, Animal, Hollywood and Epcot. We are just doing the dinner for each of the parks. Were is the best dining for my family?

    Hi Christy,

I'm so excited to hear about your family's first trip to Walt Disney World!

For dinner at each park, I would recommend:

Magic Kingdom - if you have girls, go to Cinderella's Royal Table for the princess interaction and atmosphere. If you are planning well in advance, choose Be Our Guest Restaurant (officially opens later this year) with several dining rooms depicting scenes from "Beauty and the Beast". I would also recommend taking a break from the Magic Kingdom to walk over to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary or boat over to the Wilderness Lodge for dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Chef Mickey's is a fun buffet restaurant where the monorail zooms by overhead. Whispering Canyon Cafe offers a menu featuring delicious barbecue and fun antics for the kids!

Animal Kingdom - My son always asks to dine at the Rainforest Cafe. For more exotic eats, try Yak 'n Yeti or Tusker House. Another recommendation is to bus over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge for dinner at Boma.

Disney's Hollywood Studios - 50's Prime Time Cafe! The whole family will enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere, comfort food, and fun antics of the servers. When going to Walt Disney World, this is one of the most requested restaurants in my family. From our now 12 year old son to his grandparents, everyone seems to ask to dine here!

Epcot - Les Chefs de France. This is another request that my family members seem to mention a lot. Time your reservation so that you can see Remy! The food is phenomenal too.

If I can help further, tell me a little more about your family and what type of food that you like. Happy to help with your FIRST vacation to Disney!!!
