My family and I are going to Disney for the first time this coming July. . I am starting to get a little concerned about keeping them cool. Do people recommend dressing the kids in rash guards 24/7 or is less better? Thanks!

    Hi Jess,

It can get pretty hot in July but don't worry, there are a few things you can do to stay cool in the summer heat.
-First and most important is to stay hydrated.......water, water, water.
-Make sure you and your family apply sunscreen.
-Dress in light colours and lighter clothes
-I bought my kids the fan that sprays water---it cools them down easy to fill in the washroom and fun to play with + it is a great souvenir!
-Get out of the sun when you get hot.  Have breaks, snacks, meals inside at restaurants.
    -Take advantage of indoor attractions

There are a lot of options to help you stay cool.

You will be having so much fun that the heat won't bother you as much and if it does you can always head over to Splash Mountain and that will cool you off!

    Have a wonderful vacation!
