    My family would like to use the Disney Express service for the transportation only - we would like to take our bags with us rather than wait for 3 hrs to receive them at the hotel. Is this okay? We leave in 10 days and haven't made reservations yet.

    Hi Theodoros,

    Sure!  I did this on my last trip and it worked out just fine!  Keep in mind that the Disney's Magical Express is on the B side of the terminal.  I had to claim my bags from Southwest Airlines on the A side of the terminal, then go back upstairs to the main level, cross the airport and go back down to the ground transportation level one on the B side.  Thankfully I only had myself and one suitcase!

    In order to utilize this service, you need to call the Disney's Magical Express to schedule your transportation 866-599-0951.

    Another thing that I will mention, is that if you have luggage and your driver handles it for you it is customary to give them a gratuity for excellent service.
