    My family is going to Disney in 13 days! I just came across the Disney Photopass+ option and was thinking about purchasing it. Is it too late for me to go with this option for the preorder? And is it worth it to get it?

    Hi Carin!

         In order to pre-order PhotoPass + and get the discount off the regular price, you need to do it 14 days before your vacation is scheduled to begin so that Disney can mail the PhotoPass + packet to your home before your vacation begins.  You can purchase PhotoPass + when you get to Walt Disney World by going to any of the  Disney PhotoPass Sales Centers which are located at the Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Epcot, or Downtown Disney.   
    I used the new PhotoPass + on my most recent Walt Disney World vacation in April 2013 and I believe that it is definitely worth the cost! The PhotoPass + is good for ride photos at the following attraction locations so you will not have to buy the photos to have them added to your PhotoPass +:

    Space Mountain
    Splash Mountain
    Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
    Rock'n Roller Coaster
    Expedition Everest
    Dinosaur
    Test Track
    Pirates League

    PhotoPass + is good for character dining photos at the following restaurants:
    1900 Park Fare
    'Ohana
    Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
    Chef Mickey's
    Cinderella's Royal Table
    Tusker House Restaurant
    Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue
    Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
