My family is on the dining plan and I booked CRT & Spirit of Aloha show online. My credit card however was already charged for this. I thought I would only get charged for a no show. I still want to use my dining plan for these meals. What should I do?

Hi Michelle, I just called and spoke with Disney Dining to verify. The easiest way for you to fix this is for you to stop by the Concierge Desk at your Resort upon arrival. They will be able to issue a credit back to your credit card and note that you will be using the Disney Dining Plan instead. The Cast Member I spoke with told me that the only way for her to fix it from her end would be to find new reservations, book those and then cancel your existing ones. Naturally, with Cinderella's Royal Table, that is pretty tough to do. So, upon arrival, drop by the Concierge and they can straighten everything out for you.

Hope this helps and that you enjoy your vacation,
