Had a family decide to join our grand gathering after all dinning ressies were booked. Is it better to try to add them to existing ressies, or book seperatly around the same time and ask at podium if possible to be seated near each other? Thanks All!

Hi, Denise! Now, isn't that the way it always happens? Just when you think you have everything squared away with ADRs, someone else wants to join in on all the fun you planned! That's okay..it's a great problem to have. Simply more people to share in the experiences!

I definitely think that it's a smoother process to make additions to your Grand Gathering before you arrive than to try to make separate ADRs and make special requests once you get to WDW. You should have received a Grand Gatherings number, and you can call 407-WDW-DINE to make the additions to your number.

I hope your family and friends appreciate all that you are doing to make this trip special for everyone. Have a wonderful day and a most magical vacation!
