me and my family will be going in december of 2011 and want to stay at a hotel that offers free breakfast and shuttle to the theme parks. plus, would love to have a fully equipped kitchens. is there a hotel you would recommend for a family on a budget?

Hi, Christie!  There are several hotels off of Walt Disney World property that will be able to offer you the things you are looking for.  My family and I are big fans of the Marriott properties, and we stay in them quite often.  They have several Residence Inn locations in the Walt Disney World area, and as of now, they all offer complimentary breakfast.  All of the locations we have stayed at have had shuttle service to all of the theme parks, although some of the hotels do charge a fee for the shuttle.

Residence Inn has studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom accommodations at most of their properties, and they all have kitchen facilities.  They have a full size refrigerator, microwave, range, and all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes.
