Hi there. My family of 4 (DD 9; DS 6) are planning to spend one day at Epcot as a part of our week long vacation at Disney. My kids are not princess fans and are fairly picky eaters. Where do you recommend eating lunch and dinner while at Epcot?

Hi Janis (my fellow Canadian! )

    Thank you for your question.

Spending the day in Epcot is like spending a day travelling around the world!
It is so much fun to see all of the international pavilions, your family will have a great time.

Another great benefit about Epcot is that you can eat just about any kind of food you can think of!
You mentioned they are picky eaters, but they can eat from one of the many international pavilions or stick with traditional American food at Liberty Inn or the Electric Umbrella which will have salads, burgers, wraps.  A number of quick service restaurants will have kid friendly food.

My kids love to go to Epcot and say they got to eat in a certain country.  They love to go to France and get something from the bakery. Or go to the Germany pavilion and get a giormous pretzel.  It can be an adventure in eating.  It is fun to try new things!  It is also great for the kids to learn about different foods, cultures and traditions of these other countries.

Have a fantastic time....make sure you stop at the Canada Pavilion!
