Hi! My family and I (DD16 and DS11)are staying at Coronado Springs in 51 days! I am able to do online checking and noticed a request for Ranchos or Cabanas. Never been to this resort. Any suggestions of which one is better? Thanks for your help!

    Hi there, Wendi!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I have a special place in my heart for Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and I'm happy to help.  The Cabanas section, featuring adobe architecture, is a popular request due to the fact that a majority of those rooms will have a lake view.  Keep in mind that there are different sections within each village of the resort.  Hammocks on the beach are another attractive feature while staying in the Cabanas section.  Of course, anyone is welcome to use them but staying in the Cabanas section allows you closer access.  Rooms in the Ranchos section are the furthest away from the main part of the resort, El Centro.  Many Guests enjoy that serenity while others like to be closer to the activity.  If you choose to request either section, your decision really comes down to personal preference.

Feel free to let me know if I can assist with more information about this resort.  I am happy to help.

Unti then I wish you a truly magical vacation!
