My family is going on 7 day cruise February 6 and wanted to know when we will find out cruise itinerary for restaurant rotations. My wife and I wanted to plan on Palo dining one night and wanted to know how early to reserve table. Thanks

The force is strong with you, Tony!

Don't be surprised if you come across several Jedi knights on your Star Wars Themed cruise onboard the Disney Fantasy in February. This will be a pretty epic voyage that you and your family will be joining.

I am so glad that you are looking to dine at Palo during your upcoming voyage. You are in for such a treat. Dinner for you and your wife will be a night to remember... amazing food, impeccable service and romance in the air. Delectable!

Your restaurant rotations will actually be assigned to you once you embark. You'll be rotating through 3 main restaurants throughout your 7-night voyage, so don't worry - you'll be dining at each restaurant twice. You definitely won't miss checking out the different restaurants and experiencing the wonderful decor. If you are looking to make a reservation at Palo, may I suggest that you book for dinner on the 4th night of your cruise or after. This way, you can check out the 3 main restaurants during your first 3 nights, and since you will be rotating back to the 1st restaurant, you can skip that and instead dine at Palo. As an option, you can also check on table reservations for your 5th or 6th evening. I would allow at least 2-3 hours for dinner... depending on how fast you normally eat -- but while you're on vacation, please feel free to eat very slow and savor each bite. You don't have to miss the evening shows - feel free to watch either showtime and have dinner afterwards.

Have a chocolate souffle for me, Tony!

Wishing you a magical voyage... and may the force be with you always!
