I have some good news for you. You can request your DAS return times right in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App on the day of your park visit. Alternately, if you have any issues, find a Cast Member of the Guest Experience Team for assistance. They're easy to find by looking for blue umbrellas throughout the parks.
Since part of your party will use DAS and part will use
Lightning Lane Passes, there are a few things to keep in mind to help you get your experiences synced up. First, you can only hold one DAS return time, while up to three Lightning Lane experiences can be held. Often, DAS return times are comparable to the stand-by wait times for each attraction and don't have an end time like Lightning Lane return times do. Keep an eye on the wait times in your My Disney Experience app to help you gauge when your return time will be. As long as you request your return time enough in advance of their Lightning Lane so that your start time is within their window, you should be able to ride together. Then, as soon as you've scanned in, go ahead and request your next DAS return time for the attraction which is also their next Lightning Lane. One tip I have is to try not to schedule the Lightning Lane attractions too close together if it's a busy day in the park. If there isn't enough space between them, you could run the risk of your DAS return time being after their Lightning Lane window has ended. It sounds trickier than it actually is, though. Once you do it a time or two, you'll get the hang of it, and like I said, members of the Guest Experience Team are readily available to help you on the day of your visit.
I also want to let you know that you can use Lightning Lane Passes along with your DAS, so you might want to consider purchasing Lightning Lane as well. One of the main reasons I recommend this is because your attraction photos are included with Lightning Lane, which isn't the case with DAS.
