I am sorry someone in your travel party may have to cancel their sailing. It sounds like you had a nice family vacation planned, but hopefully you can all enjoy a cruise together real soon.
Since the rooms reserved are concierge, your reservation will follow the rules of Suites and Concierge Staterooms. Per the
Cancellation Fee Schedule, the deposit is not refundable if canceled. Additional information may be found under

My best advice is to
give a call to a Disney Cruise Line agent for options to move the deposit to another sail date. Please make sure to call at least 90 days prior to your sail date to avoid any further costs or penalties. You might even want to take a peek at the
Summer 2023 itineraries!
Hopefully with a phone call to Disney Cruise and a bit of pixie dust, you will get your reservations in order, and you will all sail off into the sunset making happy family memories!
