My family will be going for a cruise next year on destiny. Im researching for a stateroom veranda stateroom that you can open the balcony divider. I have heard that some staterooms can be open.

    Hi, Maria Josefa!

I am so excited to hear you are sailing on the Disney Destiny! She is a new addition to the Disney Cruise Line Fleet and is an absolutely beautiful ship. Your family is going to be treated like royalty from the first grand welcome as you board the ship. Have the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App on your phone so you don't miss a minute of the onboard fun that Captain Mickey has planned for you!

If you are sailing with another party that is in an adjacent room with a verandah, your Stateroom Host will be happy to open the divider between the balconies to create a larger space. This is nice in the evenings if you want to sit out with your travel mates next door to enjoy the sunset together. I also enjoy ordering the complimentary room service and enjoying a snack out on the verandah with everyone. Remember, for this to work, you will need to be next door to your travel party, and both have verandah rooms. If you have any questions about the room type or location, reach out to Disney Cruise Line and they will confirm your room selection.

While on the Disney Destiny, make sure to check out the AquaMouse water-coaster up on deck as well as some action-packed fun in the Hero Zone. There is so much to see and do so be ready for plenty of at-sea adventures!

Wishing you and your family a magical sailing on the Disney Destiny. Stop back to planDisney if you have any other questions. Bon Voyage!
