Hi! We have a family cruise coming up and have a separate reservation number for each of the rooms. Is that normal? We are one household. Is there a way to only have one reservation number? I would call but the wait times are always over an hour.

    Welcome to planDisney Michelle!

When booking more than one stateroom, each will have its own reservation number. However, these rooms can be linked to ensure all your plans are made together including your rotational dining. To link your reservations, go to "Already Booked" and select your cruise. You will see your reservation number in a box in the right corner of your screen. Click on that then select "Add Reservation." Use the second reservation number when asked and you will be set to go!

Once you are all linked, you are ready to get the party started! Look at Port Adventures, onboard fun, and get ready for a splashing good time at the swimming pools up on deck.

Prior to your cruise, read through Know Before You Go for important pre-board information. It will have the most up to date information available regarding your cruise. Getting everything completed before arriving at the port will allow for a speedy boarding process then your magical cruise fun can begin!

Thank you for sailing on the Disney Cruise Line!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
