    My family consist of 7. We are coming in mid Feb for 7 days. I just purchased the memory maker and when I bought I understood that all of my family can have there photos linked that ate taken around the park and at each ride. Is this how it works?

    Hi Alisa,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey and Minnie Mouse will be absolutely tickled to see your family when you arrive! I am so excited that you have purchased Memory Maker. It is a favorite for my family.

    Yes, you will certainly be able to link your family's photos. First, everyone that needs access to the photos should have a My Disney Experience Account. If the Memory Maker is linked to your account, each of your other family members will need to be on your Friends and Family list through your My Disney Experience account. Also, be sure that everyone's MagicBand is linked to your My Disney Experience Account.

    When you go to the parks, find the Disney PhotoPass Photographers. Once a photographer takes your photo, be sure to have your MagicBand scanned. If your family is separated and takes photos in different locations, just be sure that someone whose MagicBand is linked to your My Disney Experience account has her/his MagicBand scanned after taking the photo. Your photos should automatically link to your My Disney Experience account. If, by the next day, specific photos are not appearing in your My Disney Experience account, you can always visit a PhotoPass location in the parks. As long as you know the location where the photo was taken and the approximate time, they should be able to find the missing photo. You could also call 407-560-4300 to locate missing photos.

    Ride photos should automatically populate in your My Disney Experience Account as well.
