Ahoy, Katy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hear that you're thinking about booking the most festive voyage on the high seas: a
Very Merrytime Cruise! Celebrating the holiday season with Captain Mickey and his friends is so much fun! Each Disney Cruise ship is decorated so beautifully, you and your family will be sure to get into the holiday spirit!
Even though first-time cruisers aren't able to complete their Online Check-in until their advance booking window opens 75 days prior to setting sail, they still will have TONS of onboard activities and exciting Port Adventures to look forward to booking. In my opinion, you will still be able to book a wide selection of onboard activities, Character Greetings and Port Adventures at 75 days prior to your voyage. You can look forward to incredible dinners every night in the Main Dining restaurants included in your cruise fare, as well! Eating onboard a Disney Cruise is one of my favorite activities!
There is a chance that the most popular onboard activities (such as Royal Court Royal Tea) will be sold out when your advance booking window opens, but don't lose hope if that's the case! Guests' plans often change, resulting in reservations becoming available. I recommend checking back to the Disney Cruise Line website in the weeks prior to setting sail for any openings. Once onboard, you can also head to the Guest Services Desk to ask if there is more availability or a waitlist you can add your family's name to.
Katy, there is
so much included when you book a Disney Cruise! I can't wait for you to book your upcoming Very Merrytime adventure at sea! If you have any future questions, please come back and visit us again.
