Hi Ann,
We are delighted to see you stopping by planDisney!
The December holiday season is my favorite at the Walt Disney World Resort so I am quite excited to hear that you have plans to visit during that time! Although it is typically wonderfully busy at this time of year, park capacity is currently being managed by the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. Since it sounds as if you have booked your vacation package with a resort hotel and theme park tickets, I recommend that you link that vacation package in
My Disney Experience if you have not done so already.
With your resort hotel and theme park tickets linked, you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission. If your resort stay is longer than the number of days you will visit the theme parks, be sure to check the
Disney Park Pass availability calendar to see which days have park pass availability during your trip. When you check the park pass availability calendar, be sure to click on Disney Resort Guests if you are staying at a
Walt Disney World Resort or select hotel.
Be sure to periodically review the
operational updates as you prepare for your visit since any additional park capacity restrictions or changes to procedures would be noted there. Pay particular attention to the
dining and
theme park experience updates. Make
advanced dining reservations and remember to consider the varied dining experiences offered at
Disney Springs.
Ann, my family spent last Christmas at Disney's BoardWalk Villas and our trip was quite the adventure. We traveled to Batuu, joined the Resistance, and battled the First Order. After celebrating with our Resistance Allies, we soaked in the holiday spirit that lit up every park. And, perhaps most important, we cherished the time we spent, together.
We cannot wait to welcome you back to your next
Incredible Disney Day!
Magic and memories.
