Our family of 9 are coming to WDW on 1/19 we are told that because there are 9 of us that we are a special group. I want reservations for the Epcot dining and desert buffet, we are having problems getting to the right source to help us we have dining plan

    Hi Gary!

I think it will be easiest to schedule everything by working with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  He or she is a travel agent that specializes in trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, with Adventures by Disney, and onboard the Disney Cruise Line.  Their services are almost always free to the guest and they know the in's and out's of planning for a large group.  He or she also knows ways to save money at Walt Disney World, which is important with a large group.

With regards to a dessert buffet at Epcot, I believe you are talking about the International Dinner & Illuminations Dessert Reception.  It is being discontinued as of January 28th, 2012 but it should be available during your visit.  You can call (407) WDW-MAGIC for available dates and times.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
