    My family is coming to WDW Thanksgiving week this year. Granddaughter was born Thanskgiving Day & for first time since birth in 2002, her BDwill be on Thanksgiving Day this year,turning 11. What celebrations can we plan for the 2 events?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  It sounds like your trip to Walt Disney World Resort will be filled with celebrations!  Disney offers numerous ways to make your celebration even more special, but here are a few of my top picks.

    Don't forget to stop at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort or visit Guest Relations for your Birthday Celebration button.  Your grand-daughter can wear the Birthday Button, while everyone else in the party can wear an I'm Celebrating button.  

    For my family, our Thanksgiving celebrations revolve around food, and for first class dining, you are in the right place!  Be sure to make reservations at a Table-Service location; some locations even offer special Holiday Dining, to make your day even more memorable.  At the end of your meal celebrate your grand-daughter's special day with a custom cake that you have pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance.  To place your order, please call (407) 827-2253.
