Hi my family is coming to WDW staying at POFQ. My FIL has been having a hard time with stairs.I wanted to request a room on the ground floor for him how would I do that. Can I send a fax or should I call?

I would highly recommend calling (407)939-7675 and speak to a Cast Member about your concern. They will be able to note your concern on your reservation and may be able to offer you some great advice. Please have your reservation number with you so that you can speed things along.
