HI! My family is coming to WDW September 2013, and I was wondering if my 6 yr old daughter will have a chance to meet Tinkerbell's long lost sister Periwinkle and the other fairies. Thanks!

    Hi Erin,

Thanks for visiting the moms panel!  My daughter absolutely loves meeting all of the characters at Walt Disney World, and is still talking about meeting Tinker Bell and her sister, Frost Fairy Periwinkle on our most recent vacation.

Tinker Bell and her fairy friends can be found just over the bridge in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom.  Currently, Periwinkle is scheduled to appear with Tinker Bell inside Tinker Bell's Magical Nook throughout the winter season with some other fairies dropping by from time to time.  No date has been set as to when Periwinkle will have to return to her home in Winter Woods, and if she will return as the seasons change.  My advice to you would be to check back as your trip approaches, in order to confirm who will be with Tinker Bell during your time at Walt Disney World.  Also, please keep in mind that all character greetings are subject to change so make sure you pick up a times guide when you enter the Magic Kingdom, to avoid disappointment!

I hope this information helps Erin.  If you have any other questions, please let me know; I would be happy to help make your trip even more magical.
