I am so happy to hear you will be traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with your grandchildren! Some of my favourite memories at Walt Disney World Resort are with my daughter and my parents; there is something truly magical about spending time with your family at Walt Disney World... It just melt my heart thinking of all the wonderful memories my daughter has of her grandparents at Walt Disney World with her.
Unfortunately with regard to the age limits at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and The Pirates League 3 years is the minimum age for guests to visit. This age limit is put into place because Disney wants guests to enjoy the experience, and it may be tough for younger children to sit in a chair for the duration of the makeover while a stranger is doing their hair, putting on their makeup and painting their nails.
If you would like an age appropriate experience for your youngest grandchild, I would recommend
Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street U.S.A. Here guests of all ages can have their hair styled complete with pixie dust, and it is very quick but still magical!
