Hi, my family and I will be coming to WDW in May and we would like to know what is a good place to eat in Animal Kingdom

My favorite restaurant in Animal Kingdom is Yak & Yeti in the Asia area.

Our entire family, including Grandparents and children, ate there this past year and we were all pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is lovely with lots of interesting artifacts to look at...in fact, my kids were so interested in looking around that they were totally quiet for most of the meal (a truly amazing feat!). The menu is Pan-Asian, with fragrant light flavors like lemon grass, ginger and jasmine rice. We come out of this restaurant relaxed, refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of the Park!

There are a couple of other casual dining choices, including a Rainforest Cafe and the Tusker House restaurant and many counter service restaurants to grab a quick meal. Here is a link to a list of restaurants in Animal KIngdom:

And if you would like to see a sample of the menus, check out Allears.net under their 'Dining' tab where they have an extensive list of menus for you to peruse.

Thanks so much for visiting with us here at Disney World Moms Panel! I hope you have a fantastic time in Disney World!
