    My family and I are coming to WDW in Jan. While there, my mom will celebrate a birthday, and I was wondering if there was something nice I could do for her that's relatively inexpensive (since I'm on a budget). Thanks!

    Hi Cory,

    What if you ordered a cake to surprise your mom with?  WDW actually has a cake hotline to make those special arrangements:  407-827-2253.  Also, make sure and let everyone from the cast members at your resort (if  you are staying on-site) and restaurants to let her know that it is her birthday.  Sometimes some magical surprises may come her way!

    Also, I've seen families wearing homemade t-shirts announcing they are all celebrating someone's birthday or anniversary.  Would your family be game to surprise her by all showing up the morning of her birthday all wearing happy birthday shirts for her?  That will also certainly draw some extra attention to her!
