Hi, my family and I are coming to WDW in a couple of weeks!! We are very excited! My questions are, how far is the distance between each theme parks and water parks? Is there transportation to the parks if you are staying outside of the resorts?

    Only a few weeks! Yeah!

Walt Disney World is about the size of San Francisco so the theme parks and water parks are all driving distance apart. You may travel from park to park on the transport system once you arrive in the resort. For example, if you are in the Magic Kingdom and want to visit Epcot, hop on the monorail or catch a bus from Disney's Blizzard Beach to a theme park. Always allow plenty of time to travel between parks. Many outside hotels do have a shuttle to take visitors to the parks so check with your hotel to find out if transportation to and from Walt Disney World is provided.

I hope this information helps you plan a great trip. Please ask the Moms Panel any additional questions you might have. Enjoy your magical vacation!
