Our family is coming to WDW in the begining of April and would like to take our 4 year old daughter to one water park, Which one is better for younger children?

My personal suggestion would be to visit Blizzard Beach.   In addition to Blizzard Beach's really fun theme, Tike's Peak is a specific section designed for pre-schoolers.   There are slides and fountain areas that your daughter will really enjoy.   My family visited this water park when my youngest was 4 years old as well.    He just loved it.    Given his age, we also felt real safe while he were playing there.
