My family is coming to WDW in April. I am a Lifetime Weight Watcher member. I read in one your answers that I could get nutritional information for some of the restaurants at WDW to calculate points. Can you tell me where I can find this information?

    Hi Cindy!

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS!  As someone who is constantly aware of the rapid growth from my hip/thigh/booty area, I really respect your will-power!  I searched through our site and found a really great answer from Laura, who is also a Lifetime Weight Watcher Member.  I'm sure that you are aware of the WDW website, but you may not be familiar with Allearsnet.com.  The Allears website has nearly every menu from WDW.  While it does not contain the nutritional content, at least it might assist you in planning your meals.

In terms of exercise, you will be walking A LOT!  Also, many of the hotels feature gyms if you have the inclination to work out.  Fortunately, fresh fruit stands are  located in every park for a quick snack and the chefs at all Disney restaurants are known for their willingness to assist with menu requests - just ask!

Just picture me cheering you on as you make great food choices while at Disney World.  Go Cindy!!!
