My family and I are coming on 7/25-7/31, i have never stayed in disney 1st time. We are staying at Pop Cent. how many different areas in the resort do they pick up and drop off. Really excited but don't feel prepared/

    Hi Jenny!

Wow, I'm glad I jumped on this question when I did - you leave tomorrow!!!  I think that everyone feels a little overwhelmed when visiting Disney World for the first time, you are certainly not alone.  The great news is that you are excited and have a great attitude towards making this a magical vacation.  In answer to your question, Pop Century is divided into five different sections, or eras.  The 60's buildings are the closest to the food court/shopping area and are therefore considered "preferred" and cost a little more per night.  Nearly as close are the 70's Buildings, some of which have gorgeous views of Hourglass Lake.  The remaining buildings are in the 50's, 80's and 90's.  While there are five different areas, there is only one bus stop.  Located just outside the entrance to the main building, you will find a bus stop for each major theme park.  If you are staying in the 80's or 90's, you may want to take a short cut through the parking lot to get to this stop.  Simply check out the resort map that you will receive at check-in to plan out your route.  Pop Century is my favorite value resort and I have nothing but great things to say about its transportation!

Don't worry that you don't know every last detail.  I suggest taking your time and taking cues from your family once you get there.  Disney World is truly steeped in magic and as long as you pace yourself, you will have a wonderful time!
