So my family and I are coming in for our 2nd princess half in 2019. My kids run and so do my husband and I. My husband and I want to do something just him and I to celebrate. Any suggestions on good place for a couple to eat or something cool to do?

    Hi Kristin,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

After your race, my first suggestion would be to rest! Later that evening, I suggest that you visit Disney Springs and do dinner and a movie. Try one of the many dining options. Two of my favorite restaurants are STK Orlando and The Edison. Both have great food and service. The music at STK Orlando was fantastic. It definitely had an adult feel during my visit. We dined on the upstairs patio/balcony and had a lovely view of Disney Springs. On our last visit to The Edison, the entertainment was superb. I also love the theme of this restaurant - it feels like you have stepped back in time to visit a 1920's workshop.

Before or after dinner, you two could enjoy AMC Movies at Disney Springs 24 (they also have a dine-in theater option). My husband and I escaped for a date night one evening while my parents had the girls and our time at Disney Springs was wonderful. Since it sounds as if you all are quite active, you might also want to try bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes™. If you want a little less formal dining experience, you could dine here and then bowl. After dining, we love to shop. On our last visit, we bought giant stuffed animals for our girls that we had shipped back home.

Kristin, no matter what, enjoy your time together - time as a couple is precious!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
