Mom And Daughter Resort Room

    My family is coming to the park to spend a few days around the 4th of July. While we are there we will be celebrating a birthday! Where do we pick up the celebration recognition buttons?

    Hi Abigail!

    Congratulations on your upcoming vacation and big birthday celebration.  I have been lucky enough to celebrate many of my family member's birthdays at Walt Disney World and can attest to how magical it is.  Celebrating at Walt Disney World creates such lasting memories that recently my youngest child was asked by his pre-school teacher when was his Birthday and he replied, "My birthday is in Disney World!" 

    Celebration Recognition buttons are such a fun way to announce your birthday.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel and note the birthday celebration on your reservation, then usually there will be a button for you upon check in.  You may also pick up a Celebration Recognition button at Guest Services in any of the theme parks.  While the birthday Guest is wearing their button they will be greeted with a host of "Happy Birthday!" well wishes by Cast Members and other Guests alike.  Sometimes Pixie Dust has been known to fall upon the birthday Guest as well.
