I’m so happy to see you here visiting us at planDisney today, Heather. Welcome! You must be so excited for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

Let’s run through the checklist Star Command sent me to make sure you’re all set. Are you staying at a Disney Resort hotel? If so, be sure to take advantage of the Online Check-In. Just like when visiting the parks, you won’t need to use a MagicBand to access the parks. As long as you have the My Disney Experience app downloaded to your phone, you are all set!

The My Disney Experience app will become your all in one access to your Disney Resort hotel and the parks. Your tickets can be stored right there on your app under “Tickets & Passes”. Since you won’t be using a MagicBand, you will be given an admission card, on your first day of entrance. You are always more than welcome to pick up a new admission card anytime. Just visit any of the Theme Park Vacation Planning windows when you arrive. You can even pick them up at the ticket location located at Disney Springs.

Heather, you are more than welcome to use this, card or the My Disney Experience app, for park entrance during the remainder of your visit. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with. We’re all EARs!
