Hi Katresa, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh, no! It sounds like Stitch got into some mischief with your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Let's see if we can shoo him out of there and get things back on track. We can't have you stressing when you should be thinking about all the fun you're going to have on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
First, let's make sure your reservation isn't hiding somewhere in your account. Sometimes I find that switching to the computer helps if I can't find something in the app, so we'll try that. If you log in to your
My Disney Experience account on your computer and then go to "My Plans," the next page you see should say "Katresa's Plans and Tickets." Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and make sure "Daily Itinerary" is highlighted so you see the dates of your vacation. You may need to click on the arrows next to the dates to open them up and see all of your plans (that one gets me sometimes). Each day should list all of your plans, including your theme park reservation for that day and each member of your party on that reservation. You can click on "View Details" for more information about your reservation.
If you still don't see your reservation there, you can try
calling Disney's Guest Relations at the Website Support number to see if they can help recover it for you. I'm not sure why it might have gotten lost, but I'm hoping a Cast Member can come to the rescue!
Katresa, if nothing else works, you could try to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for a different theme park that day and hop to the Magic Kingdom later if you have the
Park Hopper Option on your tickets. Just check the
Availability Calendar for a park that's showing openings on that day, and make your Disney Park Pass reservation there. Then, you'll need to visit that park first and head over to the Magic Kingdom when park hopping opens at 2 p.m.
Fingers crossed that you're able to make it to the Magic Kingdom, Katresa! I'm wishing on a star for your family to have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, and I hope you'll come back and see us again if you have any more questions.
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
