Hi, Jaki!
Welcome, and thanks for your question about the
Disneyland Resort! I have a 7-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter, so I know what it’s like to navigate the theme parks with two little ones who have different needs.
I think you’ll be pleased by how many attractions you can enjoy as a family. If there is no minimum height requirement for an attraction or it’s listed as being for “any height,” then it’s safe for your infant to ride with you! Some favorite attractions my whole family likes to experience together in Disneyland Park are “it’s a small world,” Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan’s Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean and Jungle Cruise. Almost every attraction in Fantasyland is baby-friendly! Check out the complete theme park attractions list online. It can be sorted by age interest, height requirement and thrill level. You’ll find there’s something for everyone in your group! For those rides not suitable for your baby, take advantage of the Rider Switch program, which allows Guests with small children to take turns experiencing attractions without waiting in the stand-by line at two separate times.
A stroller or baby carrier is a must, and be sure to pack a hat, sun protection, and your baby’s favorite comfort items like a blanket or pacifier. The
Baby Care Centers are a helpful resource while exploring the theme parks with your little one. They provide full-size changing tables, high chairs, private nursing spaces and baby food prepping areas with a sink and microwave, plus select essentials for purchase.
I hope this helps, Jaki, and that you have a pixie dust-packed visit to the Happiest Place on Earth with your young Mouseketeers!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
