    Hello! My family and I are coming at the end of November and want to do a split hotel stay again but will not have a car. Prior to COVID, our luggage was transferred from one hotel to the other. Is that still available? Thanks so much.

    Suzann, my family absolutely adores splitting our stay between multiple Disney Resorts Collection properties. Since I am all about convenience, we like to begin our trip at a Magic Kingdom Resort before moving over to Disney's BoardWalk or a resort on the Disney Skyliner line to have quick access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Now, Suzann, it sounds like you are up to date about the changes that are happening with Disney's Magical Express. Mainly, while this service is still running in 2021 you will need to pick up your own bag at baggage claim before heading to the airport. 

    If you are planning a split stay, do NOT worry! Bell Services will still be happy to transfer your luggage over to your new hotel. They will not enter your room; however, so you will need to call Bell Services once you arrive at your second resort to have your things brought to you.
