Hi Steven!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
In the same way that dining reservations can be made online, or by using your
My Disney Experience account, cancellations can be made in the same way. 19 dining reservations! How will you decide which ones to cancel?! Each restaurant has its own cancellation policy, and you will see details of this on the confirmation email you received when you made the booking. Typically you would need to cancel no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged a fee for each guest. This may be around $10 per person, but this is always subject to change, and will also be charged for no-shows.
Please ensure you keep a track of your reservations and those which you intend to cancel, not only to avoid a cancellation charge, but also out of fairness to other guests who may be trying to secure a reservation at that particular restaurant. Some restaurants are so popular, especially character dining such as
Be Our Guest Restaurant, 1900 Park Fare,
Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White and
The Crystal Palace, or signature dining at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Cinderella's Royal Table at Magic Kingdom Park is probably the most sought-after reservation at Walt Disney World Resort.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation.
Sue
