How ya doin' Kathryn and welcome to planDisney!
I'm so glad to hear you have a September visit planned to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I've got a September trip planned myself and it's certain to be one for the books. I'm also pleased to know that you've already snagged your
Theme Park Tickets and made
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. Now to talk about the final piece of the puzzle: Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! Let me walk you through some of the finer points of my favorite party of the year.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a specially ticketed event and does indeed require the purchase of a ticket to attend. While Magic Kingdom Park will be wrapped in Halloween bunting during regular park hours, day Guests won't be able to experience the extra party perks without having that extra ticket. Party Guests will be able to start entering the park as early as 4 PM while day Guests will need to exit by 6 PM.
Now, you may be wondering if the added cost is worth it for your family of four. Let me say a resounding YES! There's so much magic to be experienced at this spooky soiree. The world's best trick-or-treating adventure is only the beginning. The Sanderson Sisters will put a spell on you at the
Hocus Pocus Villian Spelltacular which is only the best comeback concert they've done since Halloween, 1993.
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is a favorite of my goddaughter. In years past, a very special guest has kicked off the parade. Hopefully, he'll be HEADING back this year. And then there's
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, hosted by your ghost with the most, the Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington!
Kathryn, I do hope you can fit the party into the schedule. It's always a must-do event for my family and I hope it will add a little black magic to your pixie dust-covered stay. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat. I truly appreciate your trusting me with your questions.
Happy planning!
Taylor
